Triamcinolone — sold as Nasacort Allergy 24HR — is one of the longest-available OTC nasal steroids. It calms nasal inflammation to relieve allergic rhinitis symptoms: congestion, sneezing, runny nose, and itchy nose. Standard dose is 2 sprays in each nostril once daily.

Like Flonase and Nasonex, full benefit takes 1–2 weeks of consistent daily use.
