Eosinophilic Disorders

Eosinophilic disorders happen when a type of white blood cell (eosinophil) builds up in body tissues — most commonly the esophagus (EoE), causing trouble swallowing and food impaction. Often linked to food allergies. Treatment includes dietary therapy, PPIs, topical steroids, and newer biologics like Dupixent.
